We specialize in the provision of Human Resource and organizational development consultancy services to clients in both profit and non-profit sectors.

Bondrich Internship Programme aims to offer valuable skills transfer to young professionals, enhance innovation and promote social economic transformation, considering the rapidly emerging changes in technology and high competition for skilled talent. At BondRich, we work with academic institutions to support students in the relevant fields and build their potential to enable them occupy future critical roles. We offer structured learning experiences by providing on-the job training to students and graduates in various professional disciplines

We are inviting applications from interested students for June 2026 Internship Intake in any of the following fields;

• Human Resource Management
• Accounting and Finance
• Marketing/Business Development
• Information Technology and Computer Science
• Procurement and supply chain
• Social Sciences/Humanities

Requirements:
1. An application letter for internship training
2. A recommendation letter from the University, Institution or College of Study
3. Applicants should be pursuing either an Ordinary Diploma or Undergraduate Degree and in their last year of study.
