Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Executives to join our client’s team, a leading Insurance company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong network in the beverage or related industry, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role is commission-based, offering excellent earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out and engage potential customers through networking, and customer referrals.
• Generate new leads and close sales deals.
• Promote and sell the company’s range of insurance products to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop strategic sales plans for key accounts and territories to drive market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions through our product offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and unique selling points of the company’s beverage products.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, promotional support, and alignment with sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
• Self Driven Fresh Degree/Diploma graduates with passion for sales.
• A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate the value of the company’s products and close deals.
• Understanding of the beverage industry and market trends, with an established network of clients in the retail or hospitality sectors being a plus.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and address their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit potential sales locations.
Compensation:
• This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. The successful candidate will earn competitive commissions and incentives as well as field facilitation and unlimited earning potential.
