Supervisor Bar and Restaurant Full Time

Bondrich Advisory Group is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client, Lekasa Gardens, a leading player in the hospitality sector in Uganda. Lekasa Gardens is renowned for providing exceptional service and luxurious events management including wedding events, graduation parties, Concerts among others. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Job Summary

The Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar and Restaurant Section, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Assist in budget preparation and control expenses within the hotel’s budgetary guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the hotel’s facilities and services meet established standards.
• Ensure the hotel complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or any business related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the hotel or hospitality industry. Experience in a bar and restaurant setting will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
