Bondrich Advisory Group is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client, a leading player in the hospitality sector in Uganda. Our Client is renowned for providing exceptional Hotel service including accommodation, Restaurant and Bar, Sauna and Massage as well as luxurious events management like wedding events, graduation parties, Concerts among others.
Job Summary:
We are seeking for highly motivated Waiters/Waitresses to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a friendly and professional demeanor.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and promptly addressing any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role in the hospitality sector.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with poise.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
